Rate start date in a benefits plan
Good morning,
I am requesting your guidance regarding the following issue:
I have a benefits plan where the fee is configured to start on the date of selection, but it is currently using the enrollment start date. It also has the default enrollment rule, which is supposed to apply the already applied fee.
The plan has a recurring weekly event with no restrictions.
The plan's purpose is to carry over the fee until the employee decides to unsubscribe from the benefits plan, which is why I left the default enrollment rule in place.
The requirement is that the fee be generated from the selection date and remain in effect until the user decides to unsubscribe from the benefits plan.
