Coverage and Rate Start Date from the Request Selection.

I'm still bothering you with my questions.

I'm configuring a plan so that coverage and rates start from the moment the benefit is requested or selected.

However, it's using the enrollment period start date as the coverage start date. If it's the beginning of the month, it uses that date; if it's from the event, it uses that date. But it doesn't use the dates configured in the Coverage Start Date and Rate Start Date fields.

The tests I performed are shown in the attached image.

Could you please guide me to achieve the client's requirement?
