Internal service Request status doesn't change automatic for some ISR even MNT Work Ord is completed

Summary:

When we create Internal service request in Helpdesk screen , after creating service request, agent will create maintenance work order linked to this ISR.
When maintenance technician completes the work order in few cases sometimes automatically Internal Service Request Status changes from Inprogress to Resolved but some times it still shows Inprogress even Work order is completed/closed.
