Scenario

We are using Advanced Collections for handling in-house collection activities. If the internal team is unable to recover dues within a defined timeframe, the requirement is to transfer the collection responsibility to an external (third-party) agency.

Questions

  1. Data Transfer to External Agencies
    How can collection data be transferred to third-party agencies?
    Is there any standard functionality, integration, API, or connector available in Oracle Fusion that supports this data transfer?
  2. Impact on Oracle Cloud Collections Post-Transfer
    Once the accounts are handed over to external agencies, what happens to the collections process within Oracle Cloud?
    Is there a way to pause or stop further in-house collection activities for those accounts after they are transferred?
