Tuition Reimbursement
Has anyone implemented a self-service tuition reimbursement process in Oracle Cloud HCM?
The requirement is for employees to be able to initiate a request themselves, including submitting course details and uploading supporting documents.
I’m aware of using ICD in Core HR, but that approach is typically HR/Manager-initiated. In this case, the request needs to originate from the employee.
Any pointers or best practices would be appreciated.
