ESS - Close Enrollment Job not closing life events

Summary:

Hi All,

We have scheduled "Close Enrollment" jobs to run daily (over night) to close the life eevnts for which election was made by employee. But, its not closing any of the Life Events

It will be great if you could review and provide your suggestion on what is restricting to close the LEs.
