Interim coverage is not getting created for Supplemental life

Summary:

Hello Team,

I am seeking assistance with a Supplemental Life plan configuration in Oracle Cloud Benefits where the Interim Coverage is not triggering as expected.

Requirement:

• Plan Options: 1X, 2X, 3X, 4X, and 5X Salary.
• Default Enrollment: Waive Plan.
• EOI Limit: Any elected coverage exceeding $200,000 requires Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
• Maximum Coverage: $300,000 (post-EOI approval).
• Desired Behavior: If an employee elects coverage above $200,000, the plan should enter a Suspended status for the full amount (up to $300,000). During this time, the employee should automatically receive Interim Coverage of $200,000 until the EOI is approved or denied.
