Did something change recently wrt future-dated pending workers in Benefits module?

About a week ago several Benefits Administrators (including myself) lost the ability to see future-dated pending workers in the Benefits Module - but we could still pull them up in Person Management. Our HRIS Technical Team was able to regenerate the Access Control List (ACL) for us which resolved the issue.

This was on Thursday 5/7/2026 - then on Monday (5/11/2026) the issue returned. The ACL's were regenerated, which once again, resolved the issue.

We logged a Service Request on Monday:

4-0002726342 Users cannot see future-dated pending workers in Benefits Module but can see them in Person Man..

We checked all the suggested things - but we have not made any changes to role security or provisioning. The Solution Offered was to check if something on our side changed.
