While employees report life events, they upload the documents related to the life events they have selected.
After submitting life events and documents, the uploaded documents are not showing in the admin view.

In the admin view, Self-Reported Life Events section: Even in this section, we had an option.
Attachments exist, but no uploaded documents are showing.

This in redwood pages we got this issue.
