Summary:
Benefit coverage overrides reset after the next event, but the rate remains the same.
When we override the coverage level, the overridden amount only remains until the next event is processed, even though the override-through date is 31-DEC-4712. We do the same for rates, but the rates continue to remain at the overridden amount.
I checked the “Enable Participation Override” flag, but it does not make any changes.
Can anyone advise why this is happening and how we can make it work?
