Hello,

My Free Tier account has suddenly become completely inaccessible. When I attempt to log in through the main cloud portal, I receive the error "Invalid username or password". However, the system successfully sends me the password reset email, and I can complete the password change process without issues.

Additionally, trying to reach the services domain directly results in a "Server not found / DNS failure", which indicates my tenancy might be locked, disabled, or desynced in the backend.
