Automatic enrollment to Benefits and Pension calculation card for UK
Summary:
Our client currently is in PSFT and they currently have an automatic process from PSFT payroll to enroll people to UK Retirement & Pension scheme. This also involves the ability to change the contribution percentages for a group of eligible employees.
I understand that in Oracle, we do have the Benefits and Pensions calculation card which can be used. The question is how do I make this an automatic process? How ill this card be automatically attached to employees?
