No collector is showing in LOV while reassigning collector in Manage Resources

Problem:

There are several BU and each BU has been setup with BU-specific collector set (Reference Data Set) under task- Manage Business Unit Set Assignment. Due to this, Collection Manager is seeing LOV blank when he wants to reassigning collector to another collector.

Solution:

It is not solution instead a workaround, please follow below steps:

1. When new collector is to be setup, then assign Common Set as Collector Set during initial setup (Task- Manage Collectors)
