Update HSA from annual coverage amount to per pay period amount

Summary: Client wishes to update HSA from annual coverage amount to per pay period amount during Open Enrollment event 2027.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Client has been advise that most organization due the annual limit so there is no risk of over deduction versus the IRS limit. In addition, the risk of not getting the full coverage value by pennies due to rounding. Client very much wants to pursue update HSA from annual coverage amount to per pay period amount during Open Enrollment event 2027 with this awareness. Current configuration is as follows.

Found recommendation/documentation to update the rates Defined Rate Frequency, however that does not open because it is defined at the program level. Tried updating/end dating the assigned variable coverage rate on the standard rate, then end dating the coverage, and finally updated the rate to a calculated per pay amount. When running a test case, it is calculating the employee input amount *12, versus *26, due to the parameters on Program>Basic Details. Please offer suggestions on how to accomplish the client requirement.
