The Coverage Range not displaying based on the effective date

Summary:

As part of the Open Enrollment (OE life event Date - 2027/01/01), we wanted to set the new coverage range of IRS limit for Health Savings Plan(HSA).

So employee will be able to enter the coverage amount within new limit $10000 (Maximum IRS Limit). Hence, we updated the coverage with Session effective Date 2027/01/01 and range as below. However, system display/shows only the current coverage amount $9750. The relevant screenshot of setup and employee screen are given below.

Anyone has faced this issue as its quite common across evry one.

Coverage setup as of 2027/01/01:

The current IRS limit has been end dated with 2026/12/31.
