I am locked out of my Oracle Cloud Free Tier account because I forgot my password.

My original registration username and email address is andy3213@gmail.com. When I trigger a password reset, the system attempts to send the reset link to an outdated recovery email address that I no longer have access to.

  1. Username Email: andy3213@gmail.com (Original registration email, never changed, accessible).
