Hi Amjad, In your Custom Customer Center, make sure the Transaction records permission is granted for the user to be able to view these records. If the user still can't view the sales order, navigate to Customization > Forms > Transaction Forms and make sure Sales Order (External) is set as Preferred. I hope this helps.

That's right! Thanks @Tigran Shahnazaryan. Custom roles cannot be deleted by default because it already created logs that were saved in the "Login Audit Trail", which are the dependent records. Administrator need to inactivate the custom role.
