The problem appears to impact several records at this time (including cases/issues, sales order, tasks, and while creating cases in SuiteAnswers). Support is currently working with QA on Defect 457276.

Defect 445355: Slow System Performance has been resolved. An ongoing incident was impacting performance of the NetSuite service for some customers running on the NetSuite 2017.1 version in the NA East datacenter. Operations Engineers were alerted and have resolved the problem.
