Thank you so much!! That makes sense. But now I have a different problem. I can't get the deposits to match. The deposit included 1 payment from a different client and the cash refund. But when I deleted the Cash Refund, the Customer Refund doesn't show up on the deposit options. Does this mean I need a Customer Refund AND…

Thank you!! We use a 3rd party to charge the accounts so I just need to enter in the transactions into NetSuite. An invoice was created for $540 but in the past, we had charged for $800.
