Una de las ventajas de usar la plantilla PDF/HTML avanzada en comparación con los diseños PDF básicos es que los usuarios pueden aplicar condiciones If en la plantilla impresa, ya que utiliza freemarker. El formato de una condición If en freemarker es:
<#if record.[field] == [valor]>Mostrar texto<#else>Mostrar otro texto</#if>
En el fragmento anterior, [field] se reemplaza por el ID de campo de un campo estándar o personalizado que se está evaluando, y [value] se reemplaza por el valor que debe coincidir con el valor del [campo] especificado. En esta condición, si el valor de [field] coincide con el valor asignado, imprimirá "Mostrar texto". De lo contrario, imprimirá "Mostrar otro texto".
