En ocasiones, al facturar un pedido de venta creado desde la tienda web de SuiteCommerce con el método de pago Factura seleccionado, se crea un registro de Venta al contado en lugar de un registro de Factura en la interfaz de usuario de NetSuite. Esto podría deberse a los formularios configurados en las Preferencias de pago (Commerce > Sitios web > Lista de sitios web > Editar registro de sitio web > pestaña Compras > Preferencias de pago).
Si ha configurado el campo Tipo de pedido de venta como un formulario personalizado, esto impediría que los clientes seleccionaran Factura como método de pago.
