Hi @ojn, We are still checking if it is possible to attach a transaction PDF to Check email. What I know is you can attach PDF to check emails but you need to do it manually. We will let you know once we have answers. Thank you!

Hi @Aaron Wilkinson, As per checking, this was raised as a defect before but it was for accounts under "system.eu2.netsuite.com" way back 2019. Are still encountering the problem? If yes, we suggest to submit a support case so that our Support team can check for the root cause of the problem. Thank you! -Lyka

Hi @ojn, Can you check on your form if the "Include Transaction" checkbox is set to PDF: On the record, hover to Actions beside the Print Icon > Click Email. On Attachments subtab, check Include Transaction checkbox > Set Type as PDF. Let us know if this works. Thank you! -Lyka
