Actually Ivy, we are again experiencing NetSuite outage or performance degradation? I have checked status.netsuite.com but none reported there, yet It is not an outage, yet but it is the same slowness. I am Trying to review my performance monitor to pinpoint the slowness and will update. Thanks.
