Hi @Vernita, That's correct! Since there is a 2 hour delay on the transition, it should enter at about 9:05pm from State 1 to State 2. Now that it transitioned at 9:05pm, the action should execute at 10:05pm approximately. Thanks!

Hi @Avinash A, Are you using the same Transaction Form for both roles? If yes and assuming that is the standard Email field, then I fully agree with Wee Ming. There might be a Workflow or Script that is setting the Email field into Inline depending on the User Role. Would you be able to check this on your end? Thanks!
