Olivier, I can take off the grouping to make this work. My goal is to create a saved search that will allow me to return the the Top 10 records in an email. Please see example in like above from the Oracle FAQ site as described here: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=26797 (So sorry for having 2…

Joachim, Thanks for the reply. I am already doing that but am trying to limit to the top X. I originally posted here: https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=26797 Even Evan responded that it was a limitation of Oracle but the last post was by me with an Oracle statement from 2005 showing they can. No…

If you specify Mainline=Yes you will only get the Cash Sale total and should only be counted once. To verify, temporarily remove the summary types and add Internal ID and Line ID to your result. You should see you are bringing 2 different lines of detail for the cash sales.
-
Has anyone succeeded in doing this? Looks like using rank or dense_rank on criteria is the solution. I cannot figure out the syntax and NetSuite help is no help.

Check you setting under Setup -> Accounting Preferences -> Order Management. Scroll down to Picking/Packing. There is an option "Show additional items on packing slips". Help text: Make a selection for this preference to determine how items appear on packing slips. The following options are available: [LIST] [*]None – Show…

My first guess is that you have a workflow running that is locking the fulfillment record.

On Sales Orders I have a couple of Custom Fields that we use both for your same situation as well as Visible on the Pick Ticket Print selection screen. With the recent change to the Date format we did have to make sure every warehouse user had the proper date preference YYYY/MM/DD 1) Custom Field 1 "Date Last Pick Ticket…

I just found out one of our customers is having the exact same issue today
-
ONLY way is to mark those as Shipped or Fulfilled. Major PIA that you cannot uncheck the box once transactions used for that item. Best bet is to make another item without the checkbox and disable the old. Hopefully not included as a member of many assemblies if you use them
-
Rafe You will only see it again in the system notes if something changed with the order to require a new pick list to print. Usually backordered items coming into stock or a line added to a sales order. If just reprinting, it does not appear in the notes
-
If you triggered the Saved Search results using the System Notes Join you can do this. In criteria use System Notes field Old Value = Pending Fulfillment and also only look at Sales Order Status any of Paritally Fulfilled/Pending Billing OR Pending Billing. The Sales Order Status omits Closed/Cancelled and the System Note…

Unfortunately without scripting, it is not possible. Also be forewarned implications if they were credit card orders that were pre-authorized (or worse, the 2 order have different payment methods or terms...)
-
I just sent a PM but also re-read original. My idea was only to include Available Qty for both locations on Sales Orders. I did not test the Fulfillments.
-
I just did this in one of my test accounts... Make your Bulk location a sublocation of the Pick location and all quantities should be listed as available.
-
I do not have that option in my Demo Account. By chance do you have the Container bundle loaded on your account?
-
at my last place I used FarApp and thought they were fantastic.
-
Not sure about that as I always thought it used the values in Worldship.
-
We did have the integrations defined so we could get real time rates on Sales Orders/Quotes. We did not have Label Integration turned on.
-
I know a company I used to work for in Buffalo uses the OZLink piece. Check out KegWorks. Also, eleran I thought you also used it at your place.
-
Actually with advanced Bin Management on, the field {item.inventorydetail} is available.
-
If you go to it as an admin, copy the url then switch to the other role and paste it in. NetSuite "should" give you the error and what access is needed to get to it.
-
I just reported and issue last week that has started since 2016.1. Serialized items. Fulfilled to Packed stage. Now when we try to go to Mark Shipped, we get the same error as you. They have confirmed they can reproduce and everything looks fine. Have not gotten a Defect number nor a work around yet.
-
For step 2 I have always removed the bin lines prior to saving with use bins unchecked.
-
At my last place we had custom fields for the actual cost to ship out. We then regularly ran reports to show the cost we collected (shipping on the SO) vs. the cost we payed (which everyone then ignored...)
-
There is an Accounting Preference called Update Transaction Date Upon Fulfillment Status Change Enable the Update Transaction Date Upon Fulfillment Status Change preference to pick items in one accounting period and ship in another accounting period. After the order status is marked Shipped, to save the order, the…
-
I believe the only way to do that is to delete one of the two fulfillments

Possible you could treat the inventory like it was on consignment? Check out SuiteAnswer 4441 https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4441/kw/consignee

For both of these instances, do you have a column on the sales order line item titled "Commit". Based upon system settings, usually defaults to Available Quantity. If you edit the line item and change the Commit to "Do Not Commit" the inventory commitment should immediately be released and available for sale.
-
We ended up creating a custom field for the sales orders "Commit Inventory Date" and have the users leave the Sales Order in Pending Approval status. Created a saved search to list all Sales Orders in Pending Approval with Commit Inv Date Less Than or Equal Today. Created a workflow to change the status to Pending…

If you go to Setup -> Accounting -> Shipping On the preferences tab you will see a section called Third Party Billing From the help text: When you use the Shipping Label Integration feature, you can enable third party billing to be able to bill integrated shipping charges to other FedEx or UPS accounts. For example, if…
