Problem with joins

Hello,

We are trying to create a report that brings back all of the client incidents in a specific time frame, by product and client. We are joining on tables SLAs, SLA instances, Incidents, Incident Performance. This report is extremely off. We thought by adding the SLAs back to tickets that did not have it filled would fix the issue, however, it is still not correct. For security I have removed the interface name, product names, and client_portid names. Attached you'll find the table information and what the report looks like when it has been ran.
