Does anyone grant Hiring Manager user types access to reporting?

We historically have only allowed users in Recruiter user types access to BO Reporting. As we transition to OBI, we are exploring allowing Hiring Managers to have access so they can be more self-sufficient.

What user types to you have set up as BI Consumers? 

Do you grant Hiring Managers access to reporting? If so, how do you have their SmartOrg security set up? We currently only allow managers to access requisitions they either own or collaborate on. Therefore, the reporting data they could access would be rather limited unless we expand what they can access in recruiting.
