What is the Merge Field Value for Comments & where are action comments stored
We have put in place a new requ-based status and action within our Requ-Specific workflow to alert an admin to set up an interview for our hiring managers.. When they choose this Requ-based Status it provides a comments box before allowing them to send the alert - but the comments are not immediately placed into the email (as we built the template and we didn't think of it)..
What is the merge field value for these types of comments?..
..and then, where the heck do they go/live as they are not being placed into the Candidate's record within the Comments area..
