How to use Action Link to navigate directly to Taleo Requisition No/Candidate Id

Hello Everyone,

I do not know what I am doing wrong but I need your assistance in how to link my records directly from OBI to the Req profile or Candidate profile.

I have followed several examples given online but I think I am struggling with getting the right link and finding the record. I did the following:

1. Selected the Criteria tab
2. Req.Identifier Column Properties
3. Interaction tab
4. Under the Value section, drop-down on Primary Interaction and selected Action Links
5. Selected the green plus sign to Add Action Link
6. Entered the name'Go to'  for the action next to Link Text
