How to set up "load more items" on goal and performance page

When a manager is on "My team > Performance" page, he can only see 5 of his direct reports. He then needs to click on "Load more items" to see 5 more.

I tried to set up this feature with page compozer but it always go back to the default settings.

Perhaps I'm doing it wrong. Did someone succeeded to modify it? Show 20 direct report at once for example?
