When pulling Success Criteria or Comments into a report, it reflects the font coding

Summary

How can I keep the font coding from pulling into a report?

Content

If an employee has formatted their Comments or Success Criteria for a goal, the coding pulls into the report.  Is there a way to eliminate the code in the report.  This is an example of how it looks on the report:

<span style="font-weight: bold;">TA:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">Increase </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">engagement with universities; </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">Candidate &amp; employee </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">NPS; Employee </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">referral </span><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: Calibri;">rate</span>

Howdy, Stranger!
