Upgrade to 17.4 in STG but cannot use TCC

after upgrading to 17.4 in stg environment, we cannot connect in TCC


I have reset the integration password in smartorg, but it does not connect in TCC.  TCC version is 15B, Taleo version is 17.4.  Have others experienced this issue?  Is there special configuration needed after the upgrade?
