Answers Hit Count is not consistent


There is complaining from customer stating that answers hit count  is not consistent. We have 2 interfaces (Interface1 & Interface2)

Interface1 is busiest site so usally has the higher hits. But report show hit count for interface2 far above the interface1.

I have attached report. How to resolve this issue?
