Hi

I need one help. I was able to design a process for exit interview involving HR and Employee. I have mentioned summary of my requirement below

Both employee and HR will fill their respective questionnaire and HR can see employee feedback but can not update it. Manager should not be part of this process and should not have access to exit performance document. The responses should be captured in OTBI and BI reports. A dashboard need to be developed.

Process Flow of Exit Interview

Step 1: HR will assign Performance Document to employee- task: Determine Worker Eligibility for Performance Documents
