how to find out if incident's any attachment file is deleted

Hi there, 

I need to build a RightNow report to show if any file attachment in an incident is removed or not by anyone.  I tried to use deleted_recs table to find out but it dose not seem its tbl field has any option for that, it has incidents table etc. could anyone please guide me that if deleted_recs is the right one to use and if so which tbl can show what I'm looking for?  Or there is other db table that i should look for such audit information. I tried to check transactions table but it does not seem to show
