I need information on how to use the COUNT function in an IF condition

Hello, I tell you that I have a column called "Interactions Arrived" that displays every interaction, count (distinct inc_perfomance.i_id).
Then I have another column called "Managed", which should show the total of arrivals "count (distinct inc_perfomance.i_id)" but must also
be Canceled or Solved "incidents.status_id = 2 | incidents.status_id = 102" and that be resolved in 24 hrs.
I understand that there is a default report that can be filled, "Trend by Queue".
I would like to know how I can calculate the "Managed".
