Goal Management - Two Managers

Hello!
We have a small group of people that report to two executives. We are in a coexist environment and in person management they report to Executive A. Executive A can see goals, update goals and add goals for these people, however, we need Executive B to be able to see these same people. We cannot use the "delegate" feature because Executive B only needs to see 3 of the people reporting to Executive A.
Can anyone think of a way I may be able to handle this? Being in coexist I'm not too familiar with everything that can be done in person management and how that will work within goal management. Is there a dotted line relationship that may allow both executives to see goals for these people?
