I have a simple report which displays incident product name and type, contact details,  status. If the incident is forwarded to an email address I need to display where this incident has been forwarded to. I know it shows in the audit log but need it to show in the report.

I have been looking at the transactions table  but unsure how to just show the email address the incident has been forwarded to.
