Instant App link is not displaying in the widget interface via web channel

Instant App link is not  displaying in the widget interface via web channel but it shows when invoked through the DA tester. The Ver of DA is 19.1.3. Please see below is the dialog flow Yaml for reference.

The ID of the instant app is correct in the instant app designer. It works in the Tester as intended. having issue with the web channel. Am i missing anything in the setup ? or do we need to add any parameters in the System.Interactive component... Any help would be greatly appreciated..
