Hello - I'm hoping someone out there has a solution for this simple-sounding problem:   I'm building a report to show the weekly trend of our survey results over the past 6 weeks, but want to group the results based on the date the incident/chat session occurred -- not by the survey completed date.   

Since some surveys are triggered by incidents being solved, and others are triggered by chats completing, I need to group my survey results based on either the incidents.closed
