We built a custom PM role but when users submit Mass Actions for PM Documents nothing happens

Using a custom PM role users are able to submit mass actions and the system indicated that the process will be created but the process never shows in the monitor. It works fine for HR Specialists.


We created a custom role for performance management specialists. The role should enable them to use all of the PM functionality including mass actions. When they submit mass actions they get a confirmation dialog that the process is submitted but it never appears in the list of processes in-progress/completed and no action is taken. Users with HR Specialist role can submit the mass actions in PM and see the processes in the monitor. Users with the custom role also see the processes submitted by HR Specialists.
