Performance Redesigned UX > Possibility to hide Worker Rating for Manager in task “Manager Evaluatio
Content
Hello All,
We have enabled HCM Responsive User Experience for Core HR and Performance Management module.
When Manager evaluates the Worker (in task “Manager Evaluation”), client does not want the Manager to be able to see the Worker rating (filled in task “Worker Self-Evaluation”) (PFA S2)
Can you please advise if there is a way to hide the Worker Rating for the Manager in task “Manager Evaluation”?
Configuration:
In Performance Template > Structure tab > Processing by Role: For the Worker Role, the column Sharing Ratings is fixed to Yes (it is not possible to set No) (PFA S1)
Note: Same behavior in Classic UI
