Hello experts!

We have a scenario that internal user will send a link to a supplier to externally register themselves to Oracle Fusion. Once supplier has submitted their application and approval has finished, initiator currently has no visibility to know if supplier she/he requested has been approved. Hence, we would like to know if it is feasible by customization / standard functionality to have an internal user be notified of a successful vendor creation to spend authorized? We are currently thinking of customizing a DFF to the vendor registration form but we are still unsure if it will function smoothly.
