Hi all

I have been worked before in custom Field service application, and the cycle in summery was

1- create Service request for customer 

2- once i select the product it give me all historical Service requests data if any

3- assign technical for this Service request 

4- Issue Spare Parts and create invoice for the customer

My question is Oracle Field service Do this ? i opened the application and did not find any thing related to Service Request Or the product which i have to create service request for 

i just found activity, is this activity = service request ?? and if yes can i create invoice for the customer through this activity ??
