I am trying to get set up to schedule interviews through Taleo.  I am working on customizing the message in the system email templates.  I have added the merge fields for candidates to be able to either accept or decline the interview.  However, when the email is sent out to the candidates, this merge field link does not show.  I have this email set up as an HTML.  What should I do to make this functionality work?  Thanks!
