Strategy Management does not change strategy on customers where dunning has errored


Dunning errored with no delinquent transactions selected when there were some delinquencies on the customer account.This seems to be a known issue in 19D upgrade.

Has anyone experienced the same?

Also, the bug has affected a large number of customers - we have tested a single customer and I’ve found that strategy management does not change the strategy for a customer where the letters have ended in errors . This poses a challenge both for testing, but also for what steps the AR team needs to take for affected customers affected by the bug to restart dunning; given number of accounts involved, manually updating every customer’s strategy would be very labour intensive.
