Accruals for last period getting withdrawn after termination
We have an absence plan with a repeating period of Primary Pay Frequency and say we give accruals of 5 hours every repeating period.
For example: A worker who is enrolled in the plan gets 5 hours every repeating period and after 6 periods, his accrual balance is 30 hours. On the start of the 7th accrual period he gets another 5 hours and total is now 35 hours with a balance calculation date of 7th accrual end period date.
If an employee is terminated in between the 7th period, we are noticing that the 5 hours he has accrued for the last repeating period are getting removed automatically from the system.
