Hi B2B community,

I am not sure where exactly to post this query, but it looks like there are other HR Help Desk users here. We have recently gone live with HR Help Desk, and have had to dig our way out of several auto reply "death loops". We have automatic email responses enabled when a user sends an email and creates an SR in our system. However, if that email also has an auto reply enabled, the replies keep on going back and forth between our email and theirs, creating a new SR each time. We have tried installing a filter to
