How to choose a Profile Class when entering/creating a new customer


When creating a new customer in cloud the customer is created with 'DEFAULT' credit profile class at customer and Account level. This DEFAULT profile class is a seeded value and no matter which business unit is creating the customer the profile class is always set to DEFAULT. This means there is an additional step of correcting the profile class after the customer is created. We have several business units spread across different countries with their own set of credit policies and collectors and having just one DEFAULT profile for all new customers is very problematic.
