Is there an Advanced Collections in Oracle Cloud?

We are trying to enable Collections feature for the business users. While researching on the topic the Oracle documentation mentions Advanced Collections as the topic and has the set of steps required to configure the module. However while going through the offerings we are unable to see Advanced Collections as an Offering. After checking with Oracle licensing it has been found that Advanced Collections is not licensed separately and is part of the Financials Offering.

The question is , is the "Collections Offering available as part of Financials" the only collections related offering on Oracle Cloud? Or can we subscribe for something more
